6 months ago Erica and Steve Shepherd took me and my daughter every step of the way through this journey to do what I needed to do to bring us to the next chapter in your lives. If you are thinking of selling your home, you would be doing yourself a huge favor to call Erica. Erica and Steve are a partnership that has never been seen before. My family has had multiple flawless experiences working with Steve and Erica. 8 years ago, when buying our first home, Steve made himself available whenever I called with interest in a house. As I openly shared all that I wondered regarding the process, he freely gave insights and opinions which helped my wife and I find the perfect home in Boca Raton. That experience resulted in the recommendation of Steve and Erica to my mother-in-law in 2022. With lovely photos and their personal flair in decoration, her condo sold immediately with the first open house, and then again a few days later after the initial, international buyer backed out. Erica and Steve were always available. In a very short period of time we grew to trust them as if we had known them for years. So much, that we purchased a house without touring the property solely on their recommendation. It was a great decision to trust them.

Erica made our move from TN as stress free as possible. She helped us find a rental, as we weren't 100% sure the exact area we wanted to buy. After we got settled, the search began. The market was crazy with people paying absurd amount of money over asking price. Erica and Steve helped us stay positive, we were able to pinpoint the area we wanted to live, find our home and not have to pay a ridiculous amount of money to do so! My wife and I found Steve genuinely interested in our appraisal of the property we bought. Definite empathy here! I have bought a lot of houses , and with Steve we never felt that we were entering a substantial commitment...we comfortably drifted into it. Steve's assistance and positive interaction with Vendor and ourselves allowed a positive result for both parties. Since settling the transaction Steve has unreservedly assisted us settling into the property and community. Erica was my realtor for when I was purchasing my first home. I feel so lucky and grateful that she was by my side in such a huge milestone in my life and I don’t think anyone could have done it better. I ended up going with a new construction home and she was there with me helping select the interior selections for my new home and for the final walk through before closing. We had the easiest time working with Erica and Steve. Our initial conversations on what we wanted and needed in our new home started about a year before we actually closed and boy did they work their tails off the entire time. We were moving from out of state and these two went to open houses for us, FaceTimed walk throughs, and negotiated a deal in our favor in a sellers market. If you’re looking for a realtor group that will work on holidays, weekends, and late nights Erica and Steve are it.

Buying my first home was super stressful. I remember being the one who was searching for the homes, and waiting what felt like forever just to see them in person. When it came to our next home, it was a COMPLETELY different experience. Steve & Erica Shepherd worked hard for us to find our next home in a great neighborhood with the best schools. Not only did they find our dream home, they sold our first one within 6 days! I don’t hear a lot of stories where a realtor works 24/7 for you, AND communicates every step of the way. I appreciated how responsive Steve & Erica were to any questions and concerns we had during the process. In particular they worked with me for timing of showings and made it easier on me as the seller. They bulked them back to back and even did an open house. Mr. Steve was the agent for the property we were going to purchase. Even thought, we did not complete the process I had to take the time to write this review because I was so impressed with the way he manage everything from our side and the seller. He is not the typical agent that will put you in a battle; which with this House market in Florida is being the new norm with realtors ( which is wrong). Moreover, It was so amazing how fast we got a response cutting the tedious suspension when waiting for a seller response. In addition, from the way he treated us so fairly like it was him buying and at the same time accomplish the seller needs by providing all the information to the lender and to us quick and efficient. I will highly recommended as a seller or buyer agent. Is hard to find a rightful person this day that is not all about money and he seems like one of them; I'm not a person who writes comments or review but I didn't want to let this right behavior on silences.
